I am starting to feel a difference. I’m a procrastinator and very lazy. I’m so proud of myself for keeping it going. I can honestly say that I’m doing this without relying on support or having someone to push me to do it. If I can do it, so can you! I didn’t change anything other than walking at a high incline at first. Then I started trying to eat better than to smaller portions and it’s working. I’m not forcing myself to do these things… it’s because I want to.
I can feel my core getting stronger. I can do actual sit-ups and 30 of them before it gets hard. Thats amazing. I couldn’t do 5 before!! So thats huge for me. I found this on Pinterest and I’m not following it to a tee. However, I can do the planks and the crunches
My clothes are starting to fit better too! My jeans and shirts aren’t as tight anymore! I’m so looking forward to being able to wear my clothes again. I don’t wear some of my shirts because I don’t like how they fit. Well, that’s all changing for the better! Woo-hoo!!
