"Where I Can Be Me"

I am starting to feel a difference. I’m a procrastinator and very lazy. I’m so proud of myself for keeping it going. I can honestly say that I’m doing this without relying on support or having someone to push me to do it. If I can do it, so can you! I didn’t change anything other than walking at a high incline at first. Then I started trying to eat better than to smaller portions and it’s working. I’m not forcing myself to do these things… it’s because I want to.

I can feel my core getting stronger. I can do actual sit-ups and 30 of them before it gets hard. Thats amazing. I couldn’t do 5 before!! So thats huge for me. I found this on Pinterest and I’m not following it to a tee. However, I can do the planks and the crunches :)

My clothes are starting to fit better too! My jeans and shirts aren’t as tight anymore! I’m so looking forward to being able to wear my clothes again. I don’t wear some of my shirts because I don’t like how they fit. Well, that’s all changing for the better! Woo-hoo!!
